Meet our Team

Mr Nutt is Head of Design & Technology at Hewett Academy and prior to joining the school, led a diverse Creative faculty in a North Norfolk school.  Having previously held a position of Sustainability Lead, Mr Nutt cares deeply about ensuring pupils have opportunities to create a greener future for their immediate local community. 

He is passionate about his subject area and its real life applicable skills which can enhance pupils’ lives beyond the subject as well as within.  Projects within Mr Nutt’s curriculum have real life application and promote autonomy and creative problem solving.
