Meet our Team

Leon has worked in education in Norfolk since 2010 across all age groups. He has been an HLTA at Charles Darwin Primary and his most recent job was working for the UEA as part of their 14-18 Future Forward Outreach programme. 

Leon joined the Hewett Academy in 2023 as a teaching assistant before moving to the Pastoral team in 2024. He has a passion for helping disadvantaged pupils reach their potential. Leon enjoys sports and fitness, supporting Norwich City and playing drums in a Rock band in his spare time.
